DJC Sub-Ohm Tank Warranty

 The Dollar E-Juice Club warrants all DJC Sub-Ohm Tanks purchased on thedollarejuiceclub.com.

If you experience any issues with your DJC Sub-Ohm Tank, please fill out the form below or send an email to customersupport@thedollarejuiceclub.com. Make sure to include your order number (the order in which you purchased the Tank and a short description of the problems you are experiencing. 

If we determine that the defect if with the device and not from normal wear and tear, you will receive a replacement completely free of charge upon receipt of the defective product. 

 

What is covered by the DJC Tank Warranty?

Any manufacturing defects are covered by the warranty for 90 days after the date of purchase from thedollarejuiceclub.com.

Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. This might include, but is not limited to; scratches, cracks, worn contacts, theft, loss, or misuse of the product. 

Is the warranty transferable?

The warranty will only apply to the first original purchaser. Verification will be required when requesting a warranty replacement. 

My DJC Tank is defective, how do I go about getting it replaced?

First, fill out the form below or send an email to customersupport@thedollarejuiceclub.com with a short description of the issue and the order # in which your ordered your DJC Tank.

Our team will review your claim, and if we determine that your DJC Tank if in fact defective, we will send you a shipping label to ship us the defective item. 

Once we receive the defective item, we will send out a replacement to you completely free of charge. 

Please double check the mg, sizes, and quantities in your order before checking out. The Dollar E-Juice Club will not be liable for orders placed incorrectly.
