Returns & Exchanges
The Dollar E-Juice Club does not accept returns on consumable items. This includes, but is not limited to: e-liquid products, disposable vapes, and coils. Any item deemed consumable is non-refundable.
No refunds. No returns. Taste is subjective. E-liquids that some find amazing, others dislike, so we cannot offer refunds or returns simply because you do not like the taste of an e-liquid. We apologize for this in advance.
Once a consumable item (like e-liquid) has left our shipping facility, we can not accept it as a return. This is for quality assurance reasons; we would never sell you a bottle that's been handled and returned to us by another customer, after all! Be sure to double-check your order confirmation email upon placing your order and contact us immediately via phone, chat, or email if you see an error on your order.
** For sanitary and safety purposes, the following items are deemed FINAL SALE & NON-REFUNDABLE: "Money Bar/Exotic Bar Disposable Vapes, E-Liquids, Atomizers - such as RDA & Tanks, Replacement Pods & Coils - if temper foil is broken."
• Ejuice/Eliquid: Taste is subjective and subject to device temperature, steeping methodology, etc.
• Any malfunction or damage not resulting from workmanship.
• Damage resulting from general neglect, or unsafe use or misuse, whether cognizant or accidental.
• Damage resulting from natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other disasters.
• Theft or loss of the products.
• Damage caused by operating products outside the permitted or intended use, or damage caused due to negligence.
• Claims for non-defective products.
** For sanitary and safety purposes, the following items are non-returnable if opened or used:
• Replacement Coils (If Tamper-Proof Foil is Broken or Punctured).
Hardware device purchased directly from our website comes with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the time of delivery. You may also contact manufacturers directly for After-Sales Service for extended warranty period.
Types of products not covered under our 30-Day Warranty:
- Atomizers - such as RDA & Tanks
- Disposable Vape
- Replacement Pods
- Replacement Coils
- Spare Parts - Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings
- Rechargeable Batteries
In order to be eligible for service under warranty, you must initiate a returns process by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the Contact Form within 30 days of original delivery. We do require the defective item to be shipped back to our facility prior to the issuance of a refund or store credit.
The 30-Day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
Atomizers such as Tanks, RDA, and replacement parts (coils and pods) may not be covered as the original manufacturer does not provide warranty coverage on these types of item. You can visit the manufacturer's website for additional details.
Note: Some manufacturers does require the warranty card that is included in the package in order to process the warranty service. Please do not dispose of the packaging contents.
Dead on Arrivals (DOA) Policy
All "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA), Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time your package is delivered. Please inspect the items in your package carefully upon receiving it, it is your responsibility to check within the time span of 48 hours of delivery and notify us of any issues (leaking bottles, damages to bottles, wrong/missing items).
Return Shipping Costs
In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customers may be responsible for the shipping cost when returning the items back to us. We do not offer replacements as defective items will result in an issuance of credit back to your account. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Refunds may be issued back to the original form of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, etc) or as a store credit in the form of reward points. The Dollar E-Juice Club is not responsible for refunds to a pre-paid card or a cancelled payment card in the event the cardholder no longer has in possession.
Certain items contain a lithium-ion battery, such as the Disposable Vapes we carry as the Money Bar/Exotic Bar. These items should not be disposed of with regular household waste, crushed (e.g., trash compactor), or burned. These particular items should be disposed of responsibly. Please contact your local waste management officials for more information about disposing of batteries in accordance with State and Local requirements.
