Notice To International Customers
The Dollar E-Juice Club currently ships to the United States and Canada. Please make sure you are aware of your own countries e-cigarette/e-juice import laws before placing your order. The Dollar E-Juice Club will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs or other law enforcement. The Dollar E-Juice Club is not aware of the current laws and regulations outside of the United States. The buyer will assume all risks associated with their international order.
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
International buyers may view products in different currencies but all orders will be charged in USD. The buyer will be responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.
Age Verification Policy for Canada (19+)
By law and committed to preventing sales to anyone under the legal purchasing age (19) for any of our products. When you place an order, your name and address are used to confirm your identity and age. This process only must be done once. In some cases, we might be unable to verify your age during check-out and will need you to provide alternate information to complete your order. Customers from states with a legal age of 18 and over must still be 19+ to place orders on our site for Canada.
Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
We cannot ship any orders to PO boxes. Please do not enter a PO box as your shipping address as this will result in delays.
Q: When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time.
We work hard to get your order shipped out as soon as possible. Our working business days are from Monday – Friday. We are closed on Holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM PST will be processed the following day. Please note we are not open on weekends orders placed after 3 PM PST Friday will process the following Monday.
Q: When do I receive Tracking?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped! We strive to offer the most expedited and reliable service, The Dollar E-Juice Club cannot guarantee the transit and delivery times. Due to certain high volumes of packages that FedEx may receive, Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached a FedEx facility please allow 24 hrs to see movement details.
Q: How long is Transit time?
FedEx Priority -Transit time between 2-5 business days.
FedEx Express-Transit time between 2-3 business days.
Q: I tracked my package, and it was lost/Non delivery.
Please note: if your package states delivered and it has not arrived please contact FedEx and or allow 2 business days. Package stating Failed delivery or insufficient address please contact FedEx to make changes to the address and or reschedule another delivery. FedEx Customer Service (1.800.463.3339) to file a claim.
Q: I made a mistake on my order, can I change it?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please make sure to double check that the shipping and billing information, as well as your selected items are correct before submitting your order. Orders returning to sender will result in a refund without shipping cost. The Dollar E-Juice Club will not be liable for any products ordered incorrectly or for address entered incorrectly.
Returns & Damages Fill out the contact form
The Dollar E-Juice Club does not accept returns/refunds for any reason. If you have received a bottle of juice in the wrong flavor, nicotine level, please contact us within 24 hrs. of receiving your package.
Sending picture & Batch number that capture your issue with your initial order number may expedite your claim. Please note that customer service will ask for pictures or other documentation on the product before approving.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has no tracking. A refund receipt will be issued at the end of the day and or within 24 hours of completed transaction. Please be advised to see funds back into your account allow up to 5-10 business days. Please note: we are not open on weekends orders placed after 3 PM PST Friday will process the following Monday 9AM PST.
Payment Type Q: I have more than one charge on my card?
The Dollar E-Juice Club accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept Gift cards PayPal or Apple Pay at this time. The Dollar E-Juice Club is not responsible for funds returned to a Gift Card that is no longer in the cardholder's possession
If you entered your card info on the site and tried to place an order, did you receive an error message? Your card was declined due to an AVS response, an AVS response means there was an address mismatch. Your bank cleared the charge, but we did not, that is why you are seeing charges as pending. Your funds will be reversed to your account within 3-10 business days.
Q: Can I use my rewards points with another coupon?
Unfortunately, no coupons cannot be used together. That means the coupon you receive from your rewards will not stack with any other coupons.
Q: I do not see my code on order?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please make sure to double check that the shipping and billing information, as well as your selected items & code are correct before submitting your order.
